The stony beaches take a bit of getting used to but once you’re settled in amongst the rocks, it’s hard to beat the view.

My hotel (was behind this one).

Anyone who was forced to take lessons in the Dewey Decimal system at school can appreciate this little second hand bookshop I discovered. Amazingly I managed to find a book in English I’m now very much enjoying.

My final day of wandering in France started in the Nice flower markets with some strawberries, still warm from the sun, and a cup of coffee, cold from the amount of milk I added. It ended at the Matisse museum - potentially my new favourite artist. I’ll miss this place.

Wow - just catching up on all your travels after a few weeks, as both your blog and Belly's were placed on the blacklist @ work! - long story for another time, but after some heated argument and performing some things that I'm not so proud of, access was restored.
